Unfortunately, my experience was marred by loud noises from the industrial washing machines, which rattled the floors during my stay. Additionally, the lack of communication from the staff regarding room changes left much to be desired. I was disappointed that the noise issue was not disclosed at check-in, which significantly affected my comfort.

my recent stay at home2 suites by hilton was a pleasant surprise compared to my last visit in the city. the breakfast was great, especially the waffles, and the room had all the basic amenities i needed. overall, exceeded my expectations during this overnight stay.

Recommend for a short stayover

New hotel, clean rooms, convenient amenities like 24-hour reception and a fitness center, made my stay as a couple enjoyable, and the location is perfect for exploring the city with just a short distance from the nearest airport.

Unfortunately, there were additional charges for parking that added up quickly, which was unexpected.

The staff swiftly helped me with some room issues, making sure I felt taken care of. There’s a nice area to chill and a cozy lounge to hang out in. The only hiccup was that housekeeping didn’t clean my room on the second day, but they quickly brought me fresh towels. 😊

Had a fantastic time with friends! We really enjoyed our tour of the Ohio Statehouse, and the room was super comfortable with a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with plenty of options to start our day right!

The only downside was the additional parking fee, which I wasn't expecting and could add up during a longer stay.

I stayed in a Queen Studio, Non-Smoking for 1 night. The room was spacious and had a nice kitchenette, which was awesome since I like to cook a little. The bed was really comfortable, and I appreciated the large work area. The only downside was the view. I mostly looked at a parking garage, which wasn't great. Nonetheless, the clean feel of the room made up for it! Would I return? Definitely for the space and comfort.
